Nothing here is legal advice. - patent.click is not an invention promoter (35 U.S.C. § 297): it does not offer to develop or market inventions. - In preview: orders are recorded, but nothing is filed with the USPTO or charged yet. ## Pages - [Home](https://patent.click/): what a provisional is, the flat price, how an order moves, who signs - [Order](https://patent.click/order): one form (title, inventor, entity size, one-paragraph description), zero JavaScript - [Pricing](https://patent.click/pricing): $199 provisional, $799 utility conversion, both flat - [USPTO fees](https://patent.click/fees): every USPTO fee a provisional customer meets, by entity size, with sources (Last verified: October 8, 2026) - [Blog](https://patent.click/blog): plain answers about provisional patent applications, with sources ## Machine faces - [This site as markdown](https://patent.click/index.md): the home page (also at /?format=md, or with Accept: text/markdown) - [llms-full.txt](https://patent.click/llms-full.txt): this file, then the home page as markdown, the USPTO fee table and every post in full - [Sitemap](https://patent.click/sitemap.xml): every indexable page with its last change ## How an order works POST /orders (form-encoded title, inventor, entity: micro | small | large | unsure, description) answers 303 to /orders/, an unguessable private link that is never indexed.
